Feel free to leave your bags with us and venture out to discover the local attractions!  Please remember to take your important items with you, as La Zerena Lodge is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage left in our care. Have a wonderful stay!

Food and Beverage Options

We offer various dining options for your convenience:

- Restaurant and Bar: Enjoy a wide range of delicious meals and drinks. 
- Mart: Stock up on snacks and basic necessities.

Bringing Your Own Food and Drinks  
You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks, subject to a corkage fee of Php 150 per head. Please note that you'll need to bring your own kitchenware.

Cooking Facilities  We provide a shared grilling area for your use. If you need to cook, we also offer gas range rental for Php 600 per day.

Nearby Stores  For your convenience, we have Mart and Restaurant on site. Our lodge is also centrally located in Liwliwa, with plenty of nearby stores for you to explore.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REBOOKING

Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

1. Due to Personal Reasons

- Cancellation of confirmed bookings is non-refundable and subject to 100% full payment.
- No-show is subject to full payment of the total billing.
- Rebooking is allowed if made 3 days before the arrival date, with a fee of PHP 500 per room.
- Rebooking is valid for up to 1 year and subject to additional charges based on the current season rate.
- The original rate will prevail, but if the schedule changes from weekday to weekend, the price difference will be collected.
- Once a reservation is made with new dates, the reservation is considered final. Changes made after this will incur extra charges.

2. Due to Force Majeure

- Cancellation of bookings due to force majeure (typhoon, floods, pandemics, earthquakes, explosions, fire) is allowed with a rebooking fee of PHP 500 per room.
- To avail of this policy, guests must inform us in writing (email or message) at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled check-in date.
- Rebooking is valid within the same year of the original travel date, subject to rate difference/seasonality/block-out dates.
- Shortening of stay: no refund.

Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

Early Check-In: Available for an additional fee of 300 PHP per hour  for macro and micro rooms and 450 PHP per hour for Tower and Zen Loft.

Late Check-Ins: 10:00 PM onwards incur a 250Php assistance fee.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING PETS?

Small Pets are welcome, under 7kg with a P500 non-refundable pet fee and a maximum of one pet per room. A P2000 pet deposit will be required upon check-in. The deposit is refundable, subject to a housekeeping inspection of the room at the time of check-out. 
 
Important: A certificate of good health from the veterinarian is required upon check-in, without exception.  This certificate will state that your pet is in good health; free from parasites and up to date on vaccinations.

House Rules and Guest Etiquette
 • We don’t promote smoking at the lodge. 
 • Check in is strictly at 2:00 pm, Check out is before 11:30 am
 • A refundable security or incidental deposit of Php 1500.00 will be asked upon check-in.**
 • Let’s help keep LaZerena Lodge clean by not littering and cleaning as we go. 
 • Corkage fee for for food and drinks: P250.00 per head.
 • No loud noise after 11 pm
 • Rowdy, rude or drunken behavior will not be tolerated at LaZerena Lodge
 • Make sure to clean up after your pets if you’re bringing them.
 • Failure to follow our rules may result in being forced to leave the premises immediately

** Failure to follow our house rules above will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Pool Rules
 • LaZerenaLodge registered guests are invited to use the pool free of charge. 
 • The pool is for exclusive use of registered guests.
 • The pool will normally be available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If the pool must be closed for treatment at any other time, signs will be posted.
 • SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL 
 • WEAR A PROPER SWIM WEAR.NO JEWELRIES OR ACCESSORIES. No makeshift swimsuits allowed in the pool.
 • NO DIVING, NO RUNNING, PUSHING OR OTHER DANGEROUS HORSEPLAY
 • NO DRINKS, FOOD AND GLASS BOTTLES allowed in or around the pool.
 • NO YELLING AND SCREAMING. Be considerate to the others who are also guests at the lodge.

** Rule breakers will be warned and then asked to leave the pool. Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone and at any time.
