    Due to personal reason : Cancellation of Confirmed Bookings is non-refundable and is subject to 100% full payment No-show is subject to full payment of the total billing. Rebooking will only apply if rebooking is made 3 days before the arrival date with a fee of 15% of the total accommodation, within the same year of travel date. Holiday Bookings such as Christmas, New Year, Holy Week and Long Weekends is subject to 100% cancellation fee. 2. Due to force Majeure: NO-show and cancellation of bookings due to force majeure, such as typhoon, calamity, rebooking is allowed with a fee of 15% of the total accomodation, within the same year of travel date subject to rate difference/seasonality/block-out dates. Shortening of stay: no refund.

    Do you offer food in your lodge? Yes, we have a restaurant bar and a Mart for your snacks and basic needs Are we allowed to bring our own food and drinks? Yes, you may bring food and drinks subject to corkage. Corkage is Php250 per head for food and drinks. Free use our shared grilling area. Can we cook at the lodge? Yes, we have a shared grilling area. We also offer gas range rental with charge of Php 800 per day. Are there nearby sari sari stores or convenience stores? Yes, for starters we have LiwaMart. We are also located in the center of Liwliwa. There is plenty of stores nearby. *Information is subject to change without prior notice**
    Small Pets are welcome, under 7kg with a P500 non-refundable pet fee and a maximum of one pet per room. A P2000 pet deposit will be required upon check-in. The deposit is refundable, subject to a housekeeping inspection of the room at the time of check-out. Important: A certificate of good health from the veterinarian is required upon check-in, without exception.  This certificate will state that your pet is in good health; free from parasites and up to date on vaccinations.     Is there parking available at the lodge? Yes, free parking is available. How do we get to LaZerena Lodge? Via Car Search "LaZerena Lodge" Waze or google maps ​ Via Bus/Commute Ride a Victory Liner bound to Iba or Sta. Cruz, Zambales. Get down "San Felipe". Ride a tricycle going to LaZerena Lodge Liwliwa. ​
    House Rules and Guest Etiquette We don’t promote smoking at the lodge. Check in is strictly at 2:00 pm, Check out is at 12nn A refundable security or incidental deposit of Php 1500.00 will be asked upon check-in.** Let’s help keep LaZerena Lodge clean by not littering and cleaning as we go. Corkage fee for for food and drinks: P250.00 per head. No loud noise after 11 pm Rowdy, rude or drunken behavior will not be tolerated at LaZerena Lodge Make sure to clean up after your pets if you’re bringing them. Failure to follow our rules may result in being forced to leave the premises immediately ** Failure to follow our house rules above will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Pool Rules LaZerenaLodge registered guests are invited to use the pool free of charge. The pool is for exclusive use of registered guests. The pool will normally be available from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. If the pool must be closed for treatment at any other time, signs will be posted. SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL WEAR A PROPER SWIM WEAR.NO JEWELRIES OR ACCESSORIES. No makeshift swimsuits allowed in the pool. NO DIVING, NO RUNNING, PUSHING OR OTHER DANGEROUS HORSEPLAY NO DRINKS, FOOD AND GLASS BOTTLES allowed in or around the pool. NO YELLING AND SCREAMING. Be considerate to the others who are also guests at the lodge. ** Rule breakers will be warned and then asked to leave the pool. Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone and at any time.
